How do you price a job?

What is included in an Annual Maintenance Contract?
An AMC covers scheduled AC servicing, plumbing and electrical checks, priority call-outs and discounted labour. Villa plans add water tank and exterior care. Read more on our AMC page.
How often should I service my AC in Dubai?
Because ACs run most of the year here, a general service every three to four months is a good rule, with duct cleaning about once a year.
