Terms of Service for AH Technical Services, last updated October 2026. These terms apply when you use ahtechnicalservice.com or book any maintenance service with us in Dubai. Please read these terms carefully; by booking a visit or using our website you agree to them.

Terms: About Us
AH Technical Services provides AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, gypsum, landscaping and other home maintenance services. Our office is at Office No. 202, Aisha Adel Saleh Suleiman Building, Morocco Street, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +971 52 866 8829 or through our contact page.
Bookings and Visits
You can book a visit by phone, WhatsApp or the forms on our website. A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and time with you. Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is present during the visit and that our team can access the work area, including any building or community permits required. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.

Quotes and Pricing
We aim to agree the price before any work begins. Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and on our inspection. If we find additional problems during the job, we will explain them and ask for your approval before doing extra work. Prices may change if the scope of the job changes.
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. For larger projects or annual maintenance contracts, we may ask for a deposit or staged payments, as set out in the quote or contract. Spare parts and materials remain our property until they are paid for in full.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a visit, please tell us as early as possible. We may charge for materials that were ordered specially for your job. We will also contact you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule because of weather, illness, parts delays or other events outside our control.
Workmanship and Warranty
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Any warranty on our workmanship, and any manufacturer warranty on parts, will be stated on your quote or invoice. A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, work done by others, or normal wear and tear. If you are not happy with the work, contact us promptly so we can inspect and put it right where appropriate.
Your Responsibilities
Please give us accurate information about the problem and the property, move fragile or valuable items away from the work area, and tell us about any known hazards such as hidden pipes, cables or asbestos. You are responsible for getting landlord or building approval where it is needed.

Changes to Bookings by Us
Occasionally we may need to change the technician assigned to your job or adjust the visit window because of earlier jobs running late or urgent emergency calls. We will tell you as early as possible and offer the next suitable slot. If a change does not work for you, you can cancel the visit without any charge from us.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage caused by existing faults, hidden defects or conditions we could not reasonably have known about. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Website Use
The content on this website is for general information only and does not replace an on-site inspection. Prices, guides and tips may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse our content, logos or images without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, for example the WhatsApp terms that apply to chats with us, and we are not responsible for their content.
Materials and Spare Parts
We use parts and materials that are suitable for the job and, where possible, match the original brand or specification. If you choose to supply your own parts or materials, we are not responsible for their quality, suitability or any faults they cause, and our workmanship warranty may not apply to them.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Where you sign an annual maintenance contract, the scope of visits, response times, included parts and fees will be set out in that contract. If anything in the contract differs from these terms, the contract will apply for the services it covers. Contracts may be renewed by agreement before the end of each term.
Health and Safety
Our technicians follow safe working practices and may refuse or pause work if conditions are unsafe, for example exposed live wiring, structural damage or a lack of safe access at height. We will explain the reason and agree the next steps with you.
Complaints
If something is not right, please tell us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp with details and photos where possible. We will review the issue, arrange an inspection if needed and work with you to find a fair solution.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures, supplier delays, power outages or government restrictions. We will keep you informed and rearrange the work as soon as we reasonably can.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Changes to These Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you book a job will apply to that job.
