Once you contact us, a member of our team reviews the details and replies with available time slots. For simple jobs such as a blocked drain or a tripping breaker, we can often give a price range straight away. For bigger work such as a repaint, a false ceiling or a new pergola, we usually arrange a site visit first so the quote is accurate.

Booking for a Landlord, Tenant or Property Manager

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please share the name and number of the person who will be at the property. Property managers and landlords can contact us about several units at once, and we can plan visits building by building to save time. For regular work across multiple properties, ask about our annual maintenance contracts.

Urgent Problems

For urgent issues such as water leaks, a total AC failure in summer or a burning smell from sockets, call us rather than sending a form so we can respond faster. If there is an immediate danger, such as fire or a serious electrical hazard, switch off the main supply if it is safe to do so and contact the emergency services first. For everything else, contact us any way you prefer.
